I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. I just recently moved to the Sacramento area. I’ve been a dental assistant for five years. I graduated from Apollo College.
I love spending my free time with my wonderful husband of three years and my two year old son. They are both the light of my life. I look forward to a new beginning in California.
Rachel, Patient Coordinator & Insurance Biller
Rachel attended Western Career College to start her profession in the dental field. She enjoys being a part of our team. She loves spending time with her family, her husband, two kids and four dogs. She loves music, car shows and spending time in the outdoors.
Hilda, Registered Dental Hygienist
Hilda is one of the three hygienists who enjoy serenity, yoga and spa treatments. In June of 2003, she brought the idea of adding the Spa features to the practice. It has been very well responded to as the changes have been made. She has been practicing since 1991 both in New York and California. However, if you ask her, she would go on and on about how much she loves her career now that her patients are enjoying their dental visits a lot more than ever. Hilda has three boys, Ben, Gabe and Jake, who keep her busy.
Tania, Registered Dental Hygienist
Tania graduated in 1998 from Foothill College as a dental hygienist. She is certified in Laser Periodontal Therapy. She believes that patient education, as well as delivering a thorough cleaning, is the most important part of her appointments with the patient. Tanya enjoys the pleasant and soothing environment at Sacramento Spa Dentistry. She lives in the Sacramento area with her husband and two children.
Victoria, Registered Dental Hygienist
Victoria has been a dental hygienist since 1993, and has worked in the dental field since 1986. She is certified in laser periodontal therapy. She enjoys getting to know the Sacramento area with her husband and two sons by traveling and exploring the Northern California area.
Payman, Registered Dental Assistant & Back Office Supervisor
Payman and Dr. Harouni make a great team. According to Dr. Harouni, Payman is his right hand! He enjoys being a chair-side assistant and has been with the practice since 2001. He also enjoys traveling and watching movies, and he is a great soccer player!

She enjoys cooking and spending time with her two boys.
Laurisa, Certified Massage Therapist
Laurisa graduated college with an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Advance Therapeutic Massage in March 2011. She loves the beauty and spa industries! Along with pampering others, she loves being pampered herself. But in most cases she would love to be at home with her boyfriend or visiting with their families.

Aloha! My name is Mary “Malia” Francis-Frank and I am from Southern California. I have recently relocated to Sacramento and am ready to explore! I love hanging out with my family and friends. I also enjoy the “arts,” music, Polynesian dancing, and much more. I am excited to meet new friendly people and to share the wonders of Sacramento. I have spent 15 professional years in general and specialty dentistry and have loved it. I enjoy what I do and I am eager to help patients with their dental needs and questions.
